Standard Shipping Methods (Savvy Saver, Ground, and Priority Mail): We ship all orders as quickly as possible, but please note that there may be processing delays in shipping during sale events and peak shopping days. If you need to receive your package by a specific date, you can always contact Customer Care for help in choosing the right shipping method to get it there on time!
Expedited Shipping (Express and ASAP): Orders must be received by 10 a.m. EST to ship same day. If received after 10 a.m., orders will ship the following business day, Monday-Friday (excluding holidays), as FedEx does not deliver expedited orders on weekends.
There are times when a package is marked as undeliverable by the shipping method after the order leaves our shop. In these situations, the package will be returned back to us. When our team receives "Return To Sender" packages, our team will automatically refund your original form of payment!
We have been shipping to customers all over the world. We take special care of each international order from packaging, customs forms and fraud protection. In most cases we estimate that we need an extra day to process each order plus shipping delivery time. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Please keep this in mind when selecting your shipping speed. International Shipping Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight of the products and order destination.
Please note that all prices are displayed in USD, including TAX. For goods to be shipped internationally, prices do not include relevant overseas customs duties and/or taxes that may incur. Please check with your local customs office for further information.
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. To track your parcel, simply click on the link in the email and you’ll be directed to the courier website. If you can’t locate the tracking email, please make sure you’ve checked your spam and junk folder.
If you haven't received order, please check the online tracking for your parcel by clicking on the link in your email from us. If the parcel shows it’s been delivered, but you haven’t received anything, please let us know and we can help you.
If an item is missing from your parcel, it may be delayed. In this case, it’ll be sent in a separate parcel. If you receive a damaged parcel, please check that all of the items you ordered are inside. If any items are missing or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help you.
If you've received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible, so we can help you further. We’re really sorry if you received the wrong item/it wasn’t as described.
All sales are final. If you order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your purchase, please email email@example.com within 3 days of receiving order. If for any reason you must return an order, original shipping charges are non-refundable. We will exchange damaged products. We do not accept returns unless your products arrived damaged.
